When I got today to work today I was having an anxiety attack so bad my hands were trembling, I felt physically ill, and my head was pounding. I had a wrap with grilled chicken, oven roasted tomatoes, spinach, onion, pepper jack, and Goguchang (spicy sauce) / (anybody who knows me knows I can happily live off of just these ingredients alone whether it pasta, a sandwich, just moved a bowl, etc) Changed my whole life. Moral of the story: eat good. Chicken second is in serotonin production, only to eggs, which I hate. Ironically learned that from my toxic ex. Night
