I've always been 'envious' (for lack of a better word) that I wasn't old enough to comprehend everything at the time and as it happened. My memories are so vague and non-impactful. I've always wanted to understand the phycology of it and what not and I am really disappointed that it has been played on repeat ever since because it really takes the gravity out of it and desensitized us younger people to it (and in general). That was until Rona. Seeing this, I've always heard the timeline, but I don't know something about this just kinda made it land for me. That's all so close together. And without social media and 24/7 news it must have been an absolute nerve-fringing shit show. (But in all honestly, probably a million times better than it would have been/Rona has been.) Like how did anyone sleep that night? I probably would have physically vomited if I understood fully. Now it honestly takes the most graphic footage and details from that day to shock me. Also, ALL of the footage we now see has been edited and what not to exclude things like the jumpers (I guess it was like visible groups of people the entire time) and the most graphic like "Real time" horror of it is just not there so it's really a double-whammy for my generation, and a triple whammy for those after as far as being unaffected.
