Hey guys, this is sort of my unofficial annoucement (I'll have access to their Facebook on Tuesday, and I'm setting up an IG as well) 2 Weeks Ago I accepted the offer of becoming the Head Bartender at a Fine Dinning Italian Restaurant. So far I'm loving it, and all of the creative freedom they're giving me! From now on I'll be coming up with 3 Signature Drink Specials a week. Last night I tested my first two on a Private Event we hosted, and they were a big hit! SMOKEY APPLE CIDER MARGARITA: — Mezcal Tequila (a speciality brand of tequila distilled exclusively in a specific region of Mexico, with an iconic "Smokey" Flavor) — Apple Cider — Maple Syrup — Triple Sec — Fresh Lime Juice — Brown Sugar Cinnamon Rim Garnished with an Apple Slice, Fresh Rosemary, and a cinnamon stick I'm torching on both ends. The bottom end to really kick off that Smokey Flavor in the glass and compliment the Mezcal, and the top end is still smoking when the drink is served. (Much to my dismay, the flame is to hard to keep from the rail to the table) but the aroma it gives off is incredible. I tried to do one that was a little more masculine, and one that was a little more feminine, but this one was a winner all around, and with the weather getting colder this is the perfect Cocktail to warm you up. I'm a bit of a pyro so expect fire and smoke to incorporated into my specials quite a bit. 🔥🥵😂 RED VELVET MARTINI: — Vanilla Vodka — White Crema De Cacoa — Vanilla Extract — Chocolate Syrup — Red Food Coloring — Buttermilk It tastes amazing, the ladies love it, and even though it's technically a Martini, the buttermilk makes it a little more "Heavy" so it's literally like a desert in a glass. And the best part is, I'm serving it with a Vanilla Frosting Rim! **these photos and recipies were pulled from offline since it's my first two, but as I get more into it I'll be uploading videos of my specials every week, and def plan on taking full advantage of all the freedom they're giving me.
