Hey guys I have a quick question for anybody with any sort of legal knowledge; about a month or two ago I got a part time job at a restaurant, but after discovering how horribly disorganized they were I quit after two weeks since I already have a full time job. I worked about four or five days, but I never did any type of formal orientation or filled our any of the paperwork. Thwy just threw me in and had me working. The manager took my tax information down on a sticky note, and I only clocked in for one day. I've given them time to call me about the money they owe me, but I haven't heard anything so I'm going to call. If they tell me they won't give me my money what can I do legally?
