Every single reaction or analysis of Trump's tweet this morning that I've seen (about 5 ish) has used the exact same terminology of "began floating the idea" which in and of itself isn't really like anything but I don't know I'm just skeptical of everything these days. Just a intriguing trend of unison where there is almost none.
